Covers everything you need to know about making truffles.
In this session you’ll be you will learn to pipe truffles and make truffles with two semi sphere moulds. We will be making:
- Rich Chocolate Truffle with chocolate shavings
- Salted Caramel Ganache
- Coconut and Mango
Voucher value: £90 per person
Workshops run from 9.30am until 1.30 pm
All materials and packaging will be provided. Maximum group size is 6 people. The workshop is only suitable for 15 years and above. Refreshments will be provided.
