At our Christmas workshop you’ll be making your own chocolate gingerbread house, baubles and other novelty figures.
As well as the practical hands-on creation, we will also show you how to temper chocolate and decorate your mould using cocoa butter, plus demoulding and assembling all your lovely creations.
A hands-on practical workshop that covers:-
- Basics of tempering your chocolate
- Colourful decoration using coloured cocoa butter
- Filling, lining and preparing the mould
- Demoulding, assembling and packing of your chocolate creation

What you need to know
All materials and packaging will be provided. Light lunch and refreshments are included. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements. Maximum group size is 6 people. The workshop is only suitable for 15 years and above.
