Everything you need to know about making chocolate truffles.

In this session you’ll be you will learn to pipe truffles and make truffles with two semi sphere moulds. We will be making:

  • Rich Chocolate Truffle with chocolate shavings
  • Salted Caramel Ganache
  • Coconut and Mango

The workshop runs from 9.30am until 1.30 pm

What you need to know
Refreshments will be provided. All materials and packaging will be provided. Maximum group size is 6 people. The workshop is only suitable for 15 years and above.
