Gift Voucher – Making Eclairs

Our ‘Eclairs Special’ covers everything you need to know about the beautiful art of French pastry.

In this session, you will learn to make:

• Classic choux dough and piping technique
• Crème patisserie and different filling
• Fruit Confit
• Glaze for finishing the eclairs

Voucher value: £100 per person

Workshops run from 9.30am until 1.30 pm

All materials and packaging will be provided. Maximum group size is 6 people. The workshop is only suitable for 15 years and above.
