We had a couple of chocolate workshops over the weekend so, on Friday, we set about making a batch of Roasted Pistachio Brittle with Sea Salt, dipped in dark chocolate, to offer our guests for elevenses. It’s safe to say, they were all quickly reaching for a second slice – it really is that good!
