Over the last few years, Gin has undergone a huge revival of fortunes.

No bar is complete without a range of artisan versions of this juniper-based spirit and there are now hundreds of different varieties to choose from including Gins flavoured with botanicals, florals, fruit and berries. There’s no longer no such thing as the humble G&T.

Gin may be riding high (and we’re not adverse to a tipple!) but when it comes to combining spirits with chocolate, we have to say that Cointreau is one of our favourites.

As such, we love to make and eat our Zesty Orange and Cointreau handmade chocolates, definitely up there in our chocolate liqueurs top ten.
