We were recently approached by an Indian food producer who asked if we could create a range of chocolates with the same spices used in their products. Our answer? Of course we can!
As with all of our new creations, planning is key to success so our first task was to think about what other ingredients would complement each of the spices and what type of chocolate would enhance the flavour.
After several trials – our favourite part! – we came up with these spiced coconut chocolates and the client was delighted with the finished result. And, yes, they tasted just as good as they looked.
