At our Christmas workshop you’ll be making your own chocolate gingerbread house, baubles and other novelty figures.
As well as the practical hands-on creation, we will also show you how to temper chocolate and decorate your mould using cocoa butter, plus demoulding and assembling all your lovely creations.
A hands-on practical workshop that covers:-
- Basics of tempering your chocolate
- Colourful decoration using coloured cocoa butter
- Filling, lining and preparing the mould
- Demoulding and assembling and packing of your chocolate creation
